CAN ANYONE REALLY KNOW GOD?
(1 Cor.1: 11,12) "For what knows the things of a man, but the spirit of man, which is in him? Even so, the things of God knows no man, but the Spirit of God. Now we have not received the spirit of the world, but the Spirit which is from God; that we might KNOW the things that are freely given to us of God."
Can anyone truly know God? It may surprise you to learn that you can know Him more intimately than you know anyone. Only YOUR spirit truly knows and understands you. The only way another person can REALLY know and understand your thoughts, your emotions, your deepest desires, would be to take your spirit into themselves. THAT IS WHAT GOD DOES! HE GIVES US HIS OWN SPIRIT! His Spirit allows us access to (v10) "The deep things of God." While there are many things about Him that almost everyone can understand, He COMMUNICATES His love, His will, His mind, His feelings, His Presence, etc., to His children, through His very own Holy Spirit.
Can a person REALLY KNOW GOD?
Emphatically YES!
